Federation Protocol (What to do if...)

Due to the growing size of our Federation, we need to act collectively and accordingly as Rome Federation Members. Our reputation has grown within the world of Ny, and we are respected due to our professionalism and non-aggressive stance. We must strive to be the best alliance in Ny. To do that we must commit ourselves to a common protocol to show others that we are committed, organized and loyal to our organization.

I. If you are sending a message to someone outside of our Federation:
Always state a greeting, ie: Greetings, Hello, Ave,
Always state your name and rank, ie: Timothii_Magnus, Rome Federation Leader

II. If you are contacted by another alliance, regarless of the issue, if it involves the Federation, you must politely refer them to our Diplomat or have our Diplomat contact them. No Exceptions.

III. If you use the Board, you should use your Game Name and your Rank to identify yourself. As we grow larger, the Board will become more important for us.

IV. If you are attacked by an indiviual, not involved in another alliance. You are permitted to attack/pillage back. If you need assistance, contact the General, Centurion or Praetorian near you.

V. If you are attacked by another alliance, You must:
- First see if you are stockpiling.
- Contact your Diplomat, state who is attacking you, what alliance and Coordinates.
- If the attacks happen again and again, stop production, build defense and save money, that way there is nothing for the attacker to loot and you save money.
- DO NOT Contact the attacking alliance yourself.
